Endocytosis of PAMs. (A) Clathrin-mediated endocytosis of PAMs. The difference in transferrin-Alexa594 between the TET treatment group and the untreated group showed no statistical significance, indicating that TET does not inhibit the clathrin-mediated endocytosis of PAMs. (B) Macropinocytosis of PAMs. The group treated with TET showed no fluorescence of dextran-Alexa647 compared to the untreated group, indicating that TET inhibited the macropinocytosis of PAMs.
