The authors wish to correct the following sentence and in correct citation: “Cerebral cortex was compared with the cerebellum, a brain region with minimal amyloid deposits and neurodegeneration in AD” [8] {L. Calderon-Garciduenas et al., Toxicol. Pathol. 36 (2) (2008) 289–310).

Corrected sentence and citation are: “Cerebral cortex was compared with the cerebellum, a brain region with minimal neurodegeneration in AD”. Reference: “Braak et al. J Neurol Sci. 1989 Nov; 93(2–3):277–87″
