( B ) After a single treatment with 1,064-nm Nd:YAG (neodymium:yttrium aluminum garnet) laser, at 120 J/cm ² , 4.5-millisecond triple pulse, with 30-millisecond delay between pulses. Seventy-five shots of 4-mm spot size were an overtreatment, leading to scarring.
