( B ) It was successfully treated in nine sessions of 1,064-nm Nd:YAG (neodymium:yttrium aluminum garnet) laser interspersed with four sessions of feeder ligation. During the last session of feeder ligation, few channels were also lased with 1,320-nm Nd:YAG laser by intraluminal fiber placement under ultrasonography (USG) guidance. Her throbbing headache completely subsided and a major vascular surgery was avoided. ( C ) Hair loss and depigmentation can be easily covered.
