(b) Bar plot of the mean fluorescent intensities, the data were calculated from 3 biological replicates. The plot is shown in mean ± SD. Unpaired two-tailed Student’s t-test determines the statistical significance as (*) p = 0.0352, (ns) p = 0.0793, n = 3 independent replicates.
