The solution of thiol (0.50 mmol), Ni(OTf)2 (0.05 mmol), DMSO (1.75 mmol) and HBr (33% in AcOH, 0.75 mmol) in anhydrous DCM (2.0 mL) was heated at 40 °C for 12 h. The reaction mixture was added dropwise into the solution of amine (1.5 mmol) and NEt3 (4 mmol) in DCM (1 mL) in an ice-salt bath, and then reacted for 8 h. Isolated yield.
