Myoblasts (MB) are isolated from muscles of Fen1-YFP 5-d-old mice. After 4–5 d in culture, proliferative myoblasts were induced to fuse (MBF: small myotubes of 2–3 fused myoblasts) and differentiate into mature myotubes (MT). The first experiments were conducted with MB, MBF, and two steps of differentiation: myotubes of 4 d (MT4D) and myotubes of 7 d (MT7D). Scale bar, 100 μm.
