Overview of systematic literature search and study selection process. Systematic literature research was performed in MEDLINE via PubMed including all studies published up to December 31st, 2022. Studies that fit the inclusion criteria were included in the final literature review. *Inclusion criteria encompass published and peer-reviewed studies that analyze the effect of single Omicron-associated spike mutations in the index spike background on neutralization of clinical specimen using neutralization assays. Studies that did not fit the inclusion criteria were excluded.
