Glucose, fructose, pH and acidity in cold-stored pear samples and stored after SmartFresh® treatment (1-MCP), harvested in two different times. All data are expressed as fresh matter, glucose and fructose are expressed as g/100 g of fresh matter, and acidity is expressed as g of malic acid equivalent/100 g of fresh matter. Values are means ± standard deviation (SD); n = 3. Different symbols indicate significant differences between samples of the same storage treatment.
