Multiple comparisons were adjusted by Bonferroni's method for female versus male comparisons within each concentration and by Tukey's method for concentration comparisons in each sex. Concentrations are of PGE2. Some values could not be calculated (NaN) because the data for males at 1 nm was from a single animal.
