Table 1.

Binomial logistic regression models provide associations as odds ratios, OR (95% CI), for the relative abundance of 5 immune cell types (T-cells, B-cells, neutrophils, NK cells, and macrophages) and 2 cell processes (tumor proliferation and interferon signaling), deconvoluted from the bulk transcriptome of the CBTN cohort. The first model contrasts high-grade tumors with low-grade tumors, and the second model contrasts the C4 immune subtype with C3, with significant associations indicated in bold. C4 tumors exhibit a lower T-cell signature and higher NK-cell, macrophage, and tumor-proliferation signatures, adjusting for histologic grade.
