Comparison of nitrogen regulatory proteins: alignment of the predicted A. oryzae AreA sequence (AoAreA) with the AreA sequence of A. nidulans (AnAreA) (accession no. X52491), the NIT-2 sequence of N. crassa (NcNIT2) (accession no. M33956), and the NREA sequence of P. chrysogenum (PcNreA) (accession no. U02612). The sequences were aligned by using the Boxshade program (http://ulrec3.unil.ch/software/Box_form.html).
