The summary of the polyphasic Motor Unit Potentials (MUP) assessed by EMG in the three DMD patients from the baseline up to 12 months after systemic–intraosseous administration of the DT-DEC01 therapy. EMG assessment of the polyphasic MUPs in the three patients revealed increase in the percentage of the polyphasic MUPs when compared to the baseline values in all tested muscles: A in the deltoideus from 20.0% to 29.5%, B in the biceps brachii from 0.0% to 16.8%, C in the rectus femoris from 10.0% to 44.2% and D in the gastrocnemius from 0.0% to 45.8%.
