Antitubercular Drug	Dose
Bedaquiline	400 mg OD × 2 weeks, then 200 mg 3 times per week
Pretomanid	200 mg OD
Linezolid	1200 mg OD (dose can be reduced in case of linezolid-induced neuropathy)

* Treatment duration is 6–9 months.
