Figure 4

Images of a 53-year-old female diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in the right breast: (a) tumor with a maximum diameter of 1.7 cm showed a circumscribed margin on the conventional ultrasound (thin arrow), and no suspicious axillary lymph node was observed; (b) tumor with an extended range of 2.1 cm showed an unclear boundary (thick arrow) and vessel perforation entering from surrounding tissue into the mass (fine arrow). One-node macrometastasis was found in the final pathological results.
