Figure 1. — Histopathological features of ASCP (hematoxylin and eosin staining). (A) Irregular glandular structures and sheets of tumours were observed in the fibrous stroma. (B) In the adenocarcinoma component, atypical cells formed incomplete or complex glands. The nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio was relatively high, and nucleolar staining was significant. (C) The squamous cell carcinoma components demonstrated typical keratin pearls and single-cell keratinization.
