(B) Cohort summary panel on the right side of the web page displays six distribution charts for the selected cohort. (C) The patient table at the lower portion of the web page lists the patients in the selected cohort and provides the entry to the Patient Dashboard of each listed patient. The table is sortable by each column and capable of whole-table search. When any filter(s) is selected, the cohort summary panel and patient table are updated in real time.
