Data is shown as median [range] of the investigated biological samples. In PCL, for one patient, cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow were analyzed separately. Parameters (e.g., centriole length or maximal centriole length) were first calculated for each individual biological sample. Medians and ranges were then calculated for the respective entities based on these parameters. In case of n = 2, the two values given in square brackets represent the medians of parameters calculated separately for the two individuals. Centrioles abnormal, presence of any of the phenotypes (asymmetric, broken, or incomplete). Centriole parameters stratified by mother and daughter centrioles, respectively, are displayed in Supplementary Table S3.
