Thermodynamic parameters calculated for the wt FTN2 and FTN2Azk variants based on DSC measurements. For wt FTN2 and ELC143Z, data were calculated from 3 or 2 DSC replicates. Tm (midpoint transient temperature), ΔH (unfolding enthalpy), ΔEa (activation energy), (KTm denaturation rate). Purified wt FTN2 and FTN2Azk variants were used for DSC analyses.
