DMF: dimethyl fumarate; DRF: diroximel fumarate; LLN: lower limit of normal.

LLN was defined as < 0.91×10⁹/L. The prior DMF group includes patients who rolled over from receiving DMF in EVOLVE-MS-2. The prior DRF group includes patients who rolled over from receiving DRF in EVOLVE-MS-2. De novo group includes patients who had not previously received DRF and were newly enrolled in the DRF clinical trial program.
