Figure 1. — Schematic depicting the flow of dams and their litters through this experiment. Rats were bred in our facility and exposed to either room air or high-THC Cannabis smoke from GD6 to GD20. Litters were assessed for basic parameters during the neonatal period and then left to develop until adulthood (P90). Offspring were then split into 2 cohorts for behavioral and cognitive assessment. Offspring used in the behavioral battery were killed, and RNA sequencing was performed on tissue from their amygdala. The figure was created with BioRender.com.
