DHA or EPA has no viricidal effect on TGEV, PEDV, and PDCoV. (A–C) PEDV, TGEV, or PDCoV (MOI = 0.1) with 100 µM of DHA or EPA for 1 h at room temperature before infection. Cells were collected after 12 h for qRT-PCR. (D and E) DHA or EPA (100 µM) was added to vero cells infected with virus (MOI = 10), and the cells were collected after incubation at 4°C for 1 h or at 37°C for 1 h.
