Revised Programme Theory. This figure represents our Revised Programme Theory, beginning with the nature of any pre-existing relationship and difficulty of decision to be made. Together, the contexts (C₁ and C₂) and mechanisms (_kM_1-8) form the outcome of level of engagement within SDM (O₁).
