The greyscale vehicle varnish samples black and white are of solid color, whereas grey and silver are of metallic color The left axis shows the spectral reflectance $\mathbf{R}$ given in percentage to a well-defined Lambertian reflector in nadir incidence ($\mathbf{\theta }=0{}^{\circ }$) whereas the lower axis gives the incidence angle $\mathbf{\theta }$ set at the measurement device in degrees.
