Growth kinetics of rOKAΔ35 and repaired viruses. Melanoma (A), Vero (B), and HEL (C) cells were inoculated with rOkaΔ35(#1), rOkaΔ35(#2), or rOka at 103 to 104 PFU/ml. Infectious virus yields were determined for 6 days after inoculation. (D) The growth of the repair mutants rOkaΔ35/35@Avr(#1) and rOkaΔ35/35@Avr(#2) was compared to that of rOka in melanoma cells. Titers are expressed as means for quadruplicate wells at each time point.
