Systemic inflammation post-chemotherapy. Cohorts of mice were euthanized at 48 h, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks post-chemotherapy administration, and serum was analyzed by Luminex for expression of A) TNFα, B) IL-1β, C) IL-2, D) MCP-1, and E) IL-10.
