19–75 years old	Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease
No history periodontal treatment within 3 months	Poor oral hygiene and compliance
No history of medication antibiotics in the past 3 months	Fixed or removable orthotic appliance
Implant prosthetics with visualization of plaque (Ex. Gold crown, metal abutment /c supragingival margin)	Severe periodontitis in adjacent teeth
Bleeding on probing, no periodontal pockets, and no radiographic peri-implant bone loss	Person who withdraws informed consent as a participant
