General rim thinning ≥60° or localized rim thinning <60° in the superior region or inferior region; 4. Retinal nerve fiber layer defects; 5. Splinter hemorrhages on disc; 6. β peripapillary atrophy. |
Confirmed GON |
Any of the following conditions: 1. Vertical cup-to-disc Ratio ≥ 0.85; 2. Retinal nerve fiber layer defects correspond with the thinning area of rim or notches. |
GON glaucomatous optic neuropathy.
