Primers used for amplification were TN5-1F plus TN5-4R (lanes 1 and 2), TN5-1F plus TN5 (lanes 3 and 4), IS56 plus TN5 (lanes 5 and 6), and IS56 plus TN5-4R (lanes 7 and 8).
