Analysis of splenic T-cells and markers of exhaustion in splenic CD8⁺ T-cells. Splenic lymphocytes were isolated and the percentage of CD8⁺ and CD4⁺ T-cells (A) were determined by flow cytometric analysis. Flow cytometric analysis using specific antibodies were used to determine the percentage of cells co-expressing PD1 and TIM3 and cells expressing PD-1, 2B4, LAG3, TIM3, and TIGIT (B). The results are expressed as means ± SD. n = 5 for control and DIM-3,5-Cl₂ groups, n = 4 mice in DIM-3-Br-5-OCF₃ group. Significant (p values) induction or inhibition is indicated in graphs.
