(D) Direct renin concentration (DRC) at 2 hours of the oral furosemide test significantly correlated with the DRC at 2 hours of the FUT. Using the cut-off of 10 µU/mL, oral and intravenous furosemide test were concordant in 62 out of 64 (97%) of patients with PA. PA, primary aldosteronism. Renin remained suppressed at baseline and during the test in several cases (for this reason the lines are overlapping).
