Data information: control group n = 8, restraint group n = 8 for Real‐time PCR in (A–D). Shapiro–Wilk test and F‐test were used to test the normality and equal variance assumptions, respectively. Two‐tailed t‐tests were performed to assess differences between two experimental groups with normally distributed data and equal variance. Two‐tailed t‐tests with Welch's correction were used when a two‐sample comparison of means with unequal variances. For non‐normally distributed data, Mann–Whitney U‐tests were performed to compare two groups. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
