This study analyzed only three pathogens that were detected in more than 3% of all samples, including Brucella species (B. ovis and B. pinnipedialis), Salmonella enterica, and Human Herpesvirus. Alongside individual regression analysis for each pathogen, we also conducted a combined analysis for all these three pathogens. This table only presents associations with a p-value less than 0.05.
