In cases where the radiologist classifies a nodule as indeterminate, a high-risk SN-RPV triggers the “Early Diagnosis” pathway, prompting further investigation rather than surveillance. Cases evaluated as high-risk by the radiologist are not affected by the proposed decision support method.
