ROS production in isolated neutrophils. (A–G) Intra-/extracellular ROS was measured using a luminol-based chemiluminescence assay. ROS production was monitored for 30 min at 37°C from neutrophils isolated by the indicated methods and stimulated with classical triggers. Values are represented as delta luminescence.
