Correlation of regulatory B cell (Breg) frequency with age. The total Breg (CD19⁺CD24^hiCD38^hi) frequency decreases mainly after 3 years of age along with an increase in memory Breg (CD19⁺CD24^hiCD27⁺). (A) Moderate negative correlation of Breg frequency (%) with age (statistically significant). (B) Low positive correlation of memory Breg with age (tendency: it reached no statistical significance). The frequency of both Breg and memory Breg was calculated from CD19⁺. Low association was between 0.1-0.3; moderate positive association was between 0.3-0.5; and strong positive association was between 0.5-1.
