A matrix is generated with this identified mutation data in our cohort together with XBB sub-variants, omicron, alpha, beta, gamma, and delta variants of concern to understand the distribution of most prevalent mutations in the S gene. The prevalence of common mutations was plotted with an ‘in house’ R script (the NCBI Reference Sequence: NC_045512.2).
