Notes: (A) RAW264.7 (B) THP-1 cells were treated with IAld (200 μM) for 1 h with or without 1 prior treatment of CH-22 (10 μM), followed by LPS (100 ng/mL) stimulation for another 12 h. The protein levels of proinflammatory cytokine IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in the supernatant of cell culture were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The data are shown as the mean ± SEM (n = 3). *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001.
