Recovery from MSH2 MSH3 overexpression. MSH2 and MSH3 were overexpressed and induced as previously described. Cells were released from induction by transfer into glucose-containing media. Samples were collected and fixed for flow cytometry analysis (A) before induction (–17 h), after induction (0 min), after release into glucose every 30–60 min for 8 h, and (B) 24 h after release. Histograms show the distribution of chromosomal content at each time point. (C) Cell cycle profiles were quantified using FlowJo software (see Supplementary Figure S2).
