The proportion of M-PCNA is significantly different in the SIZ1 versus siz1Δ backgrounds (P< 0.0001) determined by a pairwise t-test. (C) Flow cytometry analysis before and after induction. (D) Quantification of cell cycle analysis based on flow cytometry data. Pairwise t-tests indicated significant difference in cell counts in G1 (P< 0.0001) and S (P = 0.0026).
