Direct arthroscopic visualization of the articular defects is obtained. Here, we present an Outerbridge IV articular cartilage defect of a patient’s right patella (A), as well as an Outerbridge IV articular cartilage defect of another patient’s right trochlea, with probe seen for measurement of the defect (B).
