Defining the interaction of AMPK and HK2

(A) Representative H&E sections compare G-Smo control tumors to tumors with the deletion of Hk2 or co-deletion of Hk2, Prkaa1 and Prkaa2. Increased differentiation in Hk2-deleted tumors is not rescued by the co-deletion of Prkaa1 and Prkaa2. IGL regions in G-Smo^Hk2 and G-Smo^AMPK tumors are indicated.
