Effect of cold exposure on macrophage-related gene expression in inguinal and perigonadal WAT. C57BL/6J mice were exposed to cold temperature (10 °C) for 24 h. Expression of F4/80, mannose receptor C-type 1 (Mrc1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and CD11c in inguinal (a) and perigonadal (b) WAT was measured by quantitative real-time PCR.
