Detection of plant-derived miR482f and miR482c-5p in human feces of healthy volunteers using qPCR. Cq values of plant-derived miR482f (5′-UCUUUCCUACUCCACCCAUUCC-3′), miR482c-5p (5′-GGAAUGGGCUGUUUGGGAUG-3′), and human miR-141-3p (5′-UAACACUGUCUGGUAAAGAUGG-3′) as an endogenous control, in nine human feces samples (qPCR duplicates for each sample) from healthy volunteers.
