Associations refer to the model with the inclusion of country information (model 2). ‘Country’ represents the ‘country’ variable, rather than any of the 35 individual countries. Age and BMI are continuous; their ORs illustrate the increased likelihood of withholding OAC for every 5 units increase (eg, going from age 45 to 50 or age 80 to 85).
