Conforming to the PRISMA guidelines, we conducted an extensive literature search utilizing databases, including PubMed, Orthogate, Embase, and Clinicaltrials.gov. The inclusion criteria involved clinical trials that examined the effects of Platelet-Rich Plasma on knee osteoarthritis patients and were published within the last five years.
