Treatment conditions: a 2 h incubation (dark) or 1 h incubation + 1 h irradiation at λ = 465 nm (irradiation) followed by a 24 h recovery. Complex Pt1 and DFO were also assessed for comparison. Cell survival was determined using the SRB assay. Data reported are the average and standard deviation of two independent experiments, each performed in triplicate.
