Proposed clinical management algorithm for cervical NECs based on FIGO staging system (2018). EP: etoposide + cisplatin or carboplatin. Cisplatin (60–80 mg/m2 on day 1 every 3 weeks) or carboplatin (area under the curve of 5 mg/mL/min on day 1 every 3 weeks) + etoposide (100–120 mg/m2 on day 1–3 every 3 weeks).
