Pathways used for GI colonization in three strains of K. pneumoniae. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) identifiers were assigned to all genes in the genomes of CRE-166, KPN46, and Z4160. The enrichment ratio (Enrich Ratio) was calculated as the ratio of genes in the target list belonging to the specified KEGG pathway to the total number of genes in the pathway in the genome. A hypergeometric test was used to determine FDR, and FDR <0.05 was considered significant.
