Effects of ELP2 on pyroptosis caused by GSDMD/GSDME. (A–C) Fluorescent staining and quantitative flow analysis show that ELP2 overexpression (GV341‐ELP2) significantly increased the cells death induced by TNF‐α (50 ng/mL 24 h); (D–F) ELP2 knock down (sgRNA‐ELP2) reduced the cells death induced by TNF‐α (50 ng/mL 24 h). Live cells (Q3) were distinguished from dead cells.
